my 7 month old is totally on top feed except at night, since I am working. Now-a-days she cries a lot and wakes up frequently in the night. we give her a bottle of small bottle of milk in the morning then around 11.00 we give her vita marie in milk . After bathin we give her another bottle of milk. Around 3.30pm we give her cooked rice mashed. around 7.00 4 chikoo smashed and then in the night around 9.00 another bottle of milk. What else should I give her.

Hello Amrutha,
my baby would need milk even if i fed her with rice, mashed potato or carrot or any food for that matter. i realised this when i saw that he doesn't sleep well, maybe after bath or afternoons or at night. So after every meal he had, i even gave him little milk in a few mins gap and he used to drink and sleep well.
Maybe you should also start food for her at night before her night milk feed.
My baby ate almost what we eat when he was 8 months. He didn't like his plain dal and rice and when we tried giving our food without spices he ate happily.
Now he is 11 months and i don't have to cook anything separate for him, only we reduced quantity of chillies in our food.
So maybe you should try more food types too.
