Hetal replied. 1)homemade curd - give after 8months complete.
2 Chicken ,if yes in what form - remove skin and give, ok to give 1 tsp of it everyday,,cured, nicely boiled and should be FULLY COOKED.
3)Raagi.. how do i make it
i have washed ,dried it and kept but have no idea how to make it ,,--- pwder it and boil it until it cooks, add in water or milk.some culture of india allow jaggery or sugar or salt.give that if you want to give,i would personally avoid. i gave my baby raagi soup with 1 tsp of rice flour in it, because she was feeling heavy because of plain raagi so i used to cook with 1tsp of rice flour and then add sweet potato or mashed banana.i wanted to personally avoid giving her sugar or jaggery atleast until 9months of her age.after that,i have given her once a while sweetness of sugar with some sweets.
4) Can i give paneer to my boy??as in i make paneer palak and mutter paneer at home and can i pick up pices from that and add to his food ? -- give after 8months complete, so that he is able to digest it well and get all the 100% nutrients from it. i would personally avoid giving paneer and rather give tofu after 8months complete,,great source of protein and too good to digest,,,give him palak tofu, after 8months complete..however, its your personal decision. if your baby is good at weight, y unnecessary give heavy things like paneer thats going to increase fat levels in higher amts,,,with babies until 1year go slow with solids and always go light with food..it will help them grow better and develop healthy eating habits !
remember you are introducing new flavours and foods so watever you make him eat, he will eat and 50% of babies have continued asking for the same foods again and again as their tastes are tempting ! so avoid those things from now itself to develop good eating habits,,once a while, at recommended age, everything is a new experience,,give that no problem.
5) When can i start giving eggs and in what form? --- give fully boiled egg yolks after 9months onwarrds. give egg whites or omelletes after 1 year !
in short, ne high source of protein and calcium is best to give after your baby completes 8months.
also after that watever you give, watch for rashes, allergies, change in schedule, stomach discomforts, upset,ne refluxes or ne kind of uneasiness in bowels or irregular bowels..ne such signs seens, stop the newly introduced food immediately.and if necessary make a visit to dr,,some kids have been very sensitive to egg yolk, curd with rashes and eczema ! so watch for those foods that are commonly named as allergy food ! and feel happy if your baby is able to digest it well :)
also, when introducing ne foods, go slow, go light and try to give robust flavours or natural flavours instead of ne spices. even though its ok to give spices, when it comes to introducing your baby new foods, offer that particular food without spice first then after a mnth you can add watever mild spics you want.
introduce solids weekly to get the idea about your baby response to it. and njoy,,
about your feeding schedule, if i were you i would avoid giving suji sheera at this point,,baby 7.5months old willnot be able to digest it to 100% and wont get good out of it..y do tht,,and its nothin but cream of wheat,,give it atleast after 9months...there are so many other things to give at this stage...why give heavy things.
3 elachi banana means ? does it mean 3 elachis in 1 banna ? baby at thsi early stage dont need that much spice..give a sprinkle of its pwder and its enough for half banana..pwder the elachi and keep it in fridge,,stays upto a week, nicely.
give overriped banana and you will not worry about digestion problem.
as far as your baby is taking enough food mentioned below, i m not worried,,
