Has volunteer work changed your perspective in life? Do you think that some form of voluntary work should be made mandatory in schools?

Nowadays, many companies and colleges specifically look for volunteer experience when they hire people. So this could be a good way to get a start in life.

My teen is a regular volunteer with the Leos, the junior lions club. I think teenagers suffer more from the infamy that the age comes with rather than anything else.

You are talking about sensitive, well-brought up kids here, Sumedha. You really think most teeny boppers will do what your child does.

Teenagers are a rough people to deal with any way. Upon that to expect them to listen to their parents and go about volunteering—hehehehe—this one I have gotta see.

Nice article. But you think teenagers of today have such noble sentiments. I highly doubt that.
