If you want boost your immunity so follow these steps
Don't smoke.
Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables.
Exercise regularly.
Maintain a healthy weight.
If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
Get adequate sleep.
Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.

Ways to improve one's immune system are that one much eat right, like food that is rich in proteins and vitamnis and everything else and also exercise well. One must exercise at least for 45 mins every day without fail.

Health awareness is very important and can help preventing many issues. It is important boost immunity in children; we emphasize on dinner @ 8 pm and we go to bed around 10 or 10.30 pm. Early to bed , early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise - we follow this. We do fall ill at times, but not often. Sticking to a routine, exercising caution while eating and physical activities help in staying healthy.

How you treat your body affects how healthy you are. Lack of rest, exercise and sleep compromises immune function and increase your susceptibility to ailments. Light to moderate exercises strengthens your body and keeps the illnesses away. Adequate sleep and rest is equally important. One must try and get at least eight hours of sleep (to rejuvenate ourselves). To keep ones stress levels under check, incorporate relaxing techniques like meditation, tai chi or pranayam into your daily routine. Remember that each gram of wrong food that goes into your system substitutes for one gram of immune enhancing nutrient that you would otherwise take. Immunity building is a process and not a fixed state. It needs to be worked upon consistently

Subject:  Yoga is useful



I would like to draw your attention to how yoga is useful for this purpose. Pranayam is a good way to improve breathing and cure respiratory disorders. Yoga also has many asanas if you are suffering from specific diseases and conditions. All this is so much better. You can try and see how fresh you feel after doing particular asanas in of yoga. But you should always take expert’s or yoga teacher’s guidance while performing yoga. Once you start practising yoga regularly you will feel strong and will be able to strengthen you immune system.

Hey this is interesting! I did not know that people can fall sick simply because they do not sleep properly. I know my uncle always used to be suffering from cold and he hardly used to sleep for four hours. Maybe that is why he keeps falling sick. I do not know how some people are awake studying and working whole night but they do not fall sick at all. I do not know why every body feel that sleep is so important to a mankind. I think that your sleep requirements go on increasing as you continue sleeping. And I do not know how sleep affects your immune system.

Subject:  Eat fruits



Fruits are the most important thing to stay healthy. Every day I encourage my children to eat fruits. Sometimes I make juice and give to them. Most of the time they remain healthy and I do not have to bother about them falling sick. I also make fruit salads of various types so that my children are highly encouraged to eat fruits. They have started loving fruits with ice-cream but I giving ice-cream all the time. So times I also give them dry fruits with milk or chocolate sauce. My kids just love to eat dry fruits with chocolate sauce. However I make sure that I do not let them over-eat dry fruit and chocolate sauce.
