Have you heard of integrative medicine before? Would you try an alternative healing therapy along with regular treatment? What kind of alternative treatments have you tried before? Aruna replied. I was suffering from very bad back pain for a very long time. Then I start to do yoga. In some months, my back starts feeling better. Then the pain also starts going. Now I am almost completely free from my back pain. I recommend yoga to all. I also recommend all the alternative healing treatments to all. I feel these techniques are much better than only preferring allopathic medicine. I have really benefited from yoga and want everybody else also to be benefited from it. Not only back pain but also there are many other diseases which can be treated with the help of yoga.
