hi tobe moms,
I am 24w preg,pls. let me know. How i' ll come to know whether my baby is moving or it is gas,because whenever i feel movement in my abdomen immediately after that i burb.
pls. if anybody can help?

Hi
Since u r 24 weeks pregnant u may feel less baby movements.Still 4 more weeks to go for u to feel much more baby movements.U feel the baby movements much more during the nights.sit quitely and observe .It is possible to discern whether its a gas or babymovements.

Mukta,

I' m from the September board. I' m also just finished 24 weeks now. You will know whether it' s gas or baby movements. If you' re not sure then lie down in bed and put your hands gently on your lower tommy. Be patient, slowly you' ll feel movements or little kicks. Remember that at this stage movements are inconsistent. Also, depending on how your placenta is lying, they may not be very strong. Some days I feel strong movements and other days I don' t. When I don' t I have to sit and wait for them.
Hope that helps, if you' re still not sure and you feel worried, you should always contact your GP. They' ll check the heartbeat with the doppler to make you relaxed.
