i want to know about BBT & OPK ? are same or two different methods of finding ovualation
which is more accurate BBT OR OPK
where can get this instrument in india plz plz reply me iam waiting eagerly

Hi Sinchoo

Hello,

Sinchoo,OPK and BBT are not same.OPK is a kit which is used to determine ovalution day after periods.Generally we calculate it the ovalution date as 14days before the next period,which may or may not be correct.Hence OPK is suggested to calculate the day correctly.Where as BBT is a Thermometer which is used to measure the body temperature.This BBT shd be used early in morning before one gets down from her bed and preferrably at the same time daily.I think BBT is available in major medical stores in India.Where in India are u located??
