Feeding:Food timetable for 7.5 month old

Name: Shyla

Hi,
I have 7.5 month old twin boys. I am getting different guidelines about what they need to eat. Currently their menu is
Morning 5:30, 8:30 - BM
Morning 11:30 - Juice (orange/musambi - juice of 1 each with water and jaggery)
Afternoon - 1:00 - BM
Afternoon - 3:30 - Ragi porridge (2 tsp lactogen + 1 tablespoon Ragi powder) for both
Evening 5:30 - Rice + Carrots + Beans/Cabbage - 1 small bowl each
Evening 7:30, 10:30 - BM
Night in case they wake up, I give BM once rest I give water.

Is this okay ? My peadeatrician said to continue giving BM and not to give too many substitutes if they are not hungry. The kids were near the lower end of the weight graph when they were born, now they are in the above average weight. I don't want to overfeed them and make them fat, however I am worried that if I don't start other foods they may not develop a taste for it later.

Experianced mothers...please help.

Thanks,
Shyla
