Body and Fitness:plz help me

Hello, I m 20 year old female. My weight is 61 kg, height is 5’3” and my vital statistics is 32, 31, 38. Am I over weight? If so then what’s my ideal weight is? + I don’t like my vital statistic. I want to reduce fat from all over my body like from biceps, thighs, hips and waist. I want complete results in 3 months time caz my wedding is fixed on this November plz suggest me a nutritious diet menu/plan + exercise/yoga. I walk about 20 minutes 6 days a week + I drink lots of water. I have hair fall problem too so plz suggest me that diet plan and exercise which suits me caz I have listened from some1 that if u diet yr hair will fall and my hair is already falling very much…plz plz plzzzzzzzzz help me I shall be very thankful to u

Hello there.
I am sorry to hear about your predicament, I think maybe the best thing for you to do is to visit a nutrition expert, they will tell you exactly what to eat and how to stop the hair loss problem. I am afraid to tell you of any good diets just incase your hair gets worse - i wouldnt wish that upon anyone, try and do a search for a nutritonist near you. x

I feel that if you loose 3-4 kgs before your wedding it will be good for you. Do not go on a strict diet as it will show on your face and you don't want to look dull on your wedding. The best way is to exercise for atleast 50 min 5 times a week.
Increase you metabolism rate (it is the rate at which your body burns fat). Start your day with drinking water. Break your meals into 5 small meals. Breakfast is a very important meal of the day so start your day with a nutritious B/F and then eact after every 3 hrs. Eg 1st meal at 7 am then eat a fruit at 10, have ur lunch at 1, another fruit or light snack at 4 and then eat your dinner at 7. This will give your body time to digest food as one should not eat atleast 2 hours before sleeping.

Also include negative calorie food in your diet like carrots, watermelon, apples, cabbage, etc

The only way to lose weight in that short a time period is to increase your exercise and to watch your diet. There are numerous sites on the internet which can provide rational and healthy tips. You should be losing no more than a pound or two a week. You need to get aerobic exercise in which your heart is really pumping (ie you must sweat) at least 4 times a week for thirty minutes each time. Also, weight lifting will work your body even when it is at rest. If you don't combine both weights and cardio, you may lose weight but your body will not look tight or toned.

Also, you need to watch your diet. Have some sort of protein in every meal and eliminate excess breads from your diet. If you increase fruits and vegetables, you will still be full but not filling up with empty calories.

Not sure where you're from, but the book Body For Life (not sure who the author is) is fantastic. It will provide exercise and sample diet plans.
