Hi,

I am 23year old unmarried the problem is i want to reduce my tummy. I heard that situps help in reducing tummy if so pls tell me the correct procedure for situps. And also is it ok if i do it in empty stomach (mornings)

Hi Moon,

The best time to do any excercise is early morning before breakfast. Lie down on your back and put your hands behind your head. lift your upper body keeping the head straight. Your elbows should be parallel to the ground as bending them will strain your neck. do this 20 times and increase it gradually. You can also make a lot of variations for better effect. Like, put your legs on a chair while lying down and then raise your body. Or, raise both your legs making a 45degree angle with the ground and then lift your upper body.

But the most important thing is to excercise atlest 5 times a week for 20 min for optimum results and avoid oily food and sugar. Also drink lots and lots of water.
