Body and Fitness:my tummy is still out

hi friends
I have a problum, after delivery i put on some weight.now my weight is normal as my daughter is 9 month old but my tummy is still out so im very much upset.I had a c-section delivery, i was very slim before my pregnancy.I am a working girl so i dont have time for excersise can any body help me in this regards. I am very much keen 2wear my old outfits. Pls help me

Hello, There is never an easy remedy for weight loss... First dont think you will lose it all in 2-3 months... It depends on body's metabolism

The main theory behind weight loss is you have to burn more calories than you eat...
so, try these
Drink lots of water (Atleast 8-10 glasses)
Cut a lot of Oil from your diet
Eat 2-3 rotis(pulkas) max at night
Cut down on your Rice intake(eat 3/4 qty of rice from what you eat now, then cut it to half the amount from what you eat now)
Eat lots of vegetables and Fruits
Eat Breakfast... Most important
Do atleast 30-45 mins Walk Every single day.
Try weight training and Pilates.. Good for Abs

I am working as PM(project manager) and have 1 kid who goes to day care... sometimes have to work from home after work, cook everyday etc and still find time for my Exercise ... So, saying I am working is just an excuse you give to yourself... Make exercise a priority to yourself... I wake up at 5am to exercise ...that is the time for myself in the day

I too, have had a c-section with the birth of my son. Because the c-section is a major surgery and it has cut through all the stomach muscles, you have to rebuild them from the inside out. It can take up to a year to rebuild and reconnect them, but that won't necessarily make your stomach flat. You need to do various exercises as well - yes, you have to exercise. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises that target the transverse muscles are best. I'd google C-section exercises, abdominal exercises after pregnancy etc - there are some excellent sites but you will have to do some work to achieve the results.
