Hetal how are you doing , sorry to bother u again ... hetal im giving cereal to rishabh twice a day is that ok and can u pls tell me how long shud i make him to sit with support and how many times in a day ? Hetal can u pls tell me if this feeding plan is ok ..

7 am - Formula milk

10 am - Rice cereal mixed with banana + 1 fruit
(Water)
1 pm - vegie & fruits
(Water)
4 pm - Formula milk

7 pm - RiceCereal / Oatmeal + vegie
(Water)
10 pm - Formula milk

Love to Nirja Hetal replied. your plan looks good to me. no probs..about sitting, it all depends on your baby willingness. if he wants to sit, since he is already 6 month i guess, allow him until he wants,,but make sure his face is smiling rather than as if trying to force himself to sit,,you know what i m trying to say.
number of times in a day depends on his playtime...just make sure you dont make him sit, just after meals or formula or water..he might not feel comfortable...some 30mins after meals or after any intake thru mouth.

Indu, you can surely mix fruits and vegies, no probs. if you think your baby likes sweetness with vegies, peas are sweet and so is sweet potatos...

Is it ok that i give veggies + fruit as one feed. I am asking this coz my son doesnt eat veg much, but when i gave him banana he liked it, so if i mix banana with veg then he may eat. but i am worried if he would get used to only sweet tastes.
