Trying since long:Is this normal?

Hi Archie,
I am a regular reader of this group.Iam 33yrs.I have a five&halfyr.old son. Iam trying to conceive for my second child. I had taken Clomid50mg for 6months(jan'05-Julymid) as per my Gynec but i didn't get a success in acheiving a pregnancy so i was referred to a infertility specialist as i had some problems before conceiving my son.Myself and my husband (39yrs.)ran some basic tests and found that my husband's sperm count 32M/ml,Shapes:Abnormal.As for me i had my prolactin level slightly elavated which he wants me to repeat the test again but else the ultrasound tests looked good.So he has recomended us to go for an IUI with the Gonal-F's for us sice my husband has very abnormal shapes. In the meantime,I just took a break and went to India for a month long vacation and came back last month.Usually my periods are 28-30days with light to moderate bleeding.Usually i don't get any other symptoms except the breast pain with heaviness. After the vacation i got this month's periods(Dec.18,19,20) after32days with same symptoms mentioned above and i had just the watery brownish spotting on the 1st day of my period and 2nd day's bleeding was moderate i would say with the blood red.3rd day: i just had very light bleeding. And from the 4th day itself i started spotting and still now today is my 10th day past periods,I am having the brownish tinge every time i go to the rest room and i am also having the breast pain and heaviness. So is this means that i have some internal problem? or is this normal?or should i consult the Doc?Thanks for the reply in advance.

take a hpt with first morning urine.
if negative and spotting continues then have an appointment to see all is OK or do some blood test to reveal truth. Very difficult to say what's going on. How about your weight? Did you put some weight while on vacation, in some cases weight gain can lead to what you are facing.

Thanks Archie,I called the doc and he asked me get the bloodwork done and also an ultrasound to know what's happening inside. Will update you on that as i get the results.Regarding my weight,I am 108lbs.Hgt5ft.So i don't think weight would be a concern.

Hi Everyone,

We have been married for the last 12 years. We are trying for a baby but unfortunately every time it's disappointing. I had 3 abortion, 2 Ectopic pregnancy, 1 IUI failure and 2 IVF failures. I had septum in the uterus and got removed. Since I had a history of ectopic pregnancies, both my fallopian tubes are tied. Due to the poor ovarian reserve ... - Malini [View Message]
