My baby is 17th month old baby, can i give him Badam soaked overnight.

hi, giving badam to kids under 24 months, is not a problem, provided and provided, after gving it once or for couple a day, your baby isnt showing any signs of stomach upset(means its heavy for him, wait another couple months), or having any eczema or rashes, or any discomfort related to stomach, while motions or sometimes gassy !
check those signs,,if he is ok, no probs giving that, after all what matters that if your baby can digest it or not !
also, not more 2 badam,,,its better to go slow right now,,,once he is ok with these, after couple months or after 24 months(2years) go ahead with 4 a day,,its very good for health and excellent source of omega3,esp if you are vegetarian...
however pecans has a possibility of higher levels than almonds.almonds are a good start as far as nuts are concerned.
