pls give me some suggestion to reduce my tummy.i have 5 months old baby-caeserean.it pains if i do exersise.
also give some remedy 4 stretch marks. Hetal replied. hi, i had csection too. at 5 months, my tummy was bulky too..now after bf for 1 year, its gone alot down.
if exercises pains, dont do it. also, try using post natal belt ( if it feel comfortable and doesnt pain ! ),,there are various sizes available in babyrus or toyrus,or any maternity stores...
about strch marks --
palmers cocoa butter is a nice creme to give a try. also some told me that masaging regular around your belly area after delivery with some good relaxing oil also helps. and some said, for them, after 1-2 years of their delivery,it went off on their own..
try wat works for you..
