Feeding:Recipe for Raagi dosa, try it out

My son is 22 months old and he was getting really fed up with his normal khichdi or veg etc.

So i tried making raagi dosa, what i did was i took equal quantities of rice flour, wheat flour and raagi powder and mixed it well with water, 2 tbsp curds and salt and made dosa consistancy batter and fried it. It became so tasty and so nutritious ofcourse! I made small bits of it and added in his food, it was a good healthy change !

Hi nicemom,

Ya i guess u can leave out the wheat flour and just make it with rice and raagi flour or u can even add a little bit of sooji (semolina) instead of wheat flour.

Bye and take care.

hi priya, this was a wonderful idea for me, your recipe. my daughter is allergic to wheat, so i have to stick to other flours only. she will love the raagi dosa.
is it ok if i skip the wheat flour and add just raagi fl. and rice fl?
bye for now
