If you are sure your supply is good and the quality of milk is fine (chances are it is) then I?d say go ahead and nurse the baby when it needs to, that?s it. Babies are only babies for a short time, and their needs are the same as their wants, they absolutely can?t manipulate you at three months of age, so if a baby is crying to nurse, nurse it. Withholding food and making a hungry baby cry itself to sleep as some might suggest is barbaric at three months of age. Withholding food is like torturing a baby just because the need to eat comes at an inconvenient time for the mother, please don?t do that. It is so awesome that you're breastfeeding, and if you have made it three months it only gets easier from here. Babies get up at night, breast milk is more easily digested so they get hungry sooner, it?s normal. If your baby is telling you it needs something in the middle of the night, give it. You wouldn?t ignore a baby in a dirty diaper because you want to teach it a lesson to sleep through the night, and so please don?t make an infant go hungry for the same reason. I?m only saying that because I know someone will have suggested that, not because I think you were considering it. Babies change so quickly in the first year, the nursing schedule changes constantly. At three months is often a growth and development spurt and there is a good chance your baby is trying to nurse you into a bigger milk supply so the spurt can be supported properly. Just feed the baby when it asks, you won?t be doing this forever, and your baby will feel loved and cared for, and fed.

kids fitness through play and games
since i have been training young kids for motor skills and fun fitness for a while i see that kids develop most of their sports movements then and as early as 4 years. parents need to be aware that forcing kids into sports at a very early age will not get them far, as they end up losing interest quickly. ... - Sunny Singh [View Message]
