Hope its going on well to all.
After this month's periods getting ready for my
next battle.
Anyways gals,just wanted to know which wud be
the best time to try?
Also from last mth my periods r extending!
Innitially i used to have exact 5 days last mth
n this mth i had slight spotting on 6th & 7th
also.Found out when i wiped.Is it normal or
something which i need Dr's attention?
Also last few responses i read something about
CD10,CD14 what is CD?can you pls tell me.

hey

hi ,
CD menas cycle day , the day you get your periods in CD 1 ...

ususally the luteal phase (time after your ovualtion is 14 days ..), so ovulation will be on
length of cycle - luteal phase ..

so if you have 30 day cycle, your best days would be 13,14,15,16,17 ...

i would recoomend using ovulation prediction kit (OPK) to find out exactly when u r ovualting ..
