hey kanimozhi you can loose extra pounds by regularly exercising and having meals in small proportions which will increase your metabolism and wont add up to your weight. Try going to gym and going for a walk after heavy meals.

Regular in what ever you do. I know its very difficult but once you are regular you can fight this disease.
Healthy diet and regular gym will help you a lot.

Losing weight is not at all a problem. You can go on a strict liquid diet for three days to remove all the water weight. And after that, make sure you work out at least for 2 hours everyday. And maintain a strict no junk, no oil diet. Also drink metabolism-boosters like green tea! :)

Hi, do walking for at least 30 minutes every day and quit junk food. Eat healthy diet and drink lots of water. I weight 65 kgs and lost 5 kgs through walking for 40 minutes daily and my height is 5.3ft. I also do daily house hold chores like cooking, washing utensils etc....

i dont have time for walking,i wake up at 6am do cooking ,make my child ready to school and packing foods,then i will sart to office i will reach at 7 pm to home,again cooking,studying time is finished.this is my routine life
