What should be the diet post delivery? Ideally what foods should be taken and in what proportions for recovering from post delivery issues. Is there a healthy alternative?

cutting out high-fat snacks and concentrating on a diet with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, balanced with proteins and carbohydrates is best for post delivery recovery phase. Exercise also helps burn calories.Along with balanced meals there should be more intake of water.
