diet after c-section delivery is the same as after normal delivery. It must be a balanced diet that includes proteins, carbohydrates and essential fats. Also have enough water and rest for quick healing of the scars. Ensure intake of calcium and iron supplements.

i had a c-section delivery in the last week of December. i am still having soreness in and around my stitches. when can i start exercising? can i keep hot water bottle to get relief from soreness?

Subject:  C-section delivery pains



Since its been a moth after your c-section, you should not be having pain. check with your doctor for the pains or if there is an infection. also now you can start light exercises like walking. you can go for light walks to keep yourself fit and healthy
