Hi Keerthi,
All I know is that u should avoid heaty foods.. coffee, chocolates, papayas, mangoes, brinjal, turmeric, saffron... I'm not so certain about bread, but I'd like to know too..
I think Archie is the best person to clarify..
I know for a fact that in the begining u should avoid uncooked food like salads, fried eggs etc., though I have no idea why... I just read Archie advising some girls on that..
Take care,
Would love some details myself..
Take care,
Love
Sunshine
