don't know if i should just take it or consult before I do?.

i am too tried this for 3-4 months.. its btr 2 consult an ayurvedic doc before taking this... down in south there are good results of woemn taking this..

there are lot of foodrestrictions while taking this medicine..

so see a doc for the right dose,

Hi,

A doctor advised me that I can take Sukumara Lehyam before ttc and it would be good to tone the uterus. Also it can be had for any duration, the dosage being one teaspoon at bedtime, after dinner.However, she didn't mention anything about food restrictions at the time,could you please let us know what are the food restrictions that you are informed of?
