Feeding:Is it ok to start food liquids for a 3 months old?

Is it fine to start food liquids for my 3 month old baby? I would like to start her on lentil water or rice water and then may be carrot juice or something.

Is it ok to give it to a 3 month old? and can some of you suggest what is the best food to start with for a baby? what else can i feed my baby other than breast and formula milk?

if u baby has completed 3 months, and if u baby weighs atleast 13pounds, can support head control then u can start solids.

In US it is advised to start from rice cereal. check with ur pediatrain regarding starting solids.

In US pediatrition dont recommend any kind of food and water for babies under 6months
breast milk has all the nutrients to nurish babies under 6months.so please wait for atleast 4 1/2 months before you start anything.
