Hello Everyone
This is my first post. I live in Boston, USA and proud mom of 11 month boy. Can you please suggest how to give paneer to babies. How do you compare it with the cheese available here.

I suggest u wait for ur child to be 1 year complete and then start with Paneer etc. We parents are always eager to feed our babies with nutritious stuff, but little do we realise that the child may not be able to digest the food, so just be pateint.
