hi all!

my daughter is 17months old.....she dosent eat egg (i think its due to smell)in whatever form i give!can anyone suggest me any new egg receipe!

i am very glad your son liked it. i used to mash up boiled yolk with dhal-rice and feed it. since my son didn't have a problem with egg white, i used to save the yolk and add to rice.

- Aarti aarti replied. When they refuse it is usually due to the yolk. My son used to happily eat boiled egg white but not yolk. I gave this when he was 1 1/2. He loved it.

- Beat an egg along with 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Can add salt or pepper if you like.
- Coat an omelette pan with butter.
- Place it on VERY LOW heat.
- Pour the egg mixture and keep stirring gently it becomes like a soft custard. When all the liquid turns into this semi-solid state it is ready.

It takes time to prepare but kids will love it. To make it softer you can even add grated cheddar cheese to the egg mixture.

Now at 3 years, I make a quick omelette. I place between two slices of toast with ketchup. He readily eats the egg sandwich.
