Foetal Growth Movements:i have a pain in my womb

I am expecting another time. this is my 5th month is running and this time i am having pain in my uratus since last two days but there is no bleeding from my veginal.

Please tell me whether this is thing of worrying or not. should i contact to my doctor soon? please reply me as soon as possible.

i contacted my doctor and he told me not to worry that's only a muscular pain if there is a starting of bleeding or water then there is to worry about.
