Dear All,

Our second IVF ICSI did not go thru as well...
Well, this time things started well..I responded well to Gonal F .We had eleven eggs out of which 9 were good.But out of the nine only four fertilized. And out of the four only two were good quality embryos. The other two were not good enough to be frozen.We didn't worry then as we are allowed to transfer only two here.
So the embryo transfer was done and everything seemed to go on fine.
But suddenly only when I had 5 days to go for the blood test I started spotting and eventually bleeding :(....
I cried a lot and prayed..the doc still wanted the blood test done as she hoped that I had some very small chance of being pregnant .. wherein one embryo had implanted and another did not. I knew for sure I was not.Today the test result came out negative...
What's God's message to us....??..
Why this ....if this was what had to happen it could have been with no embryos like last time...
I close my eyes to see those tw embryos..they looked picture perfect..
The doc suggested another try without down regulation...but we are sceptical...
What if it leads to the same....
In the mean time we are thinking about alternative therapies also...
I just told the doc that I needed sometime to decide and told her that I will call her later...

Sorry friends for the long post....just felt like sharing it...

I know how u must be feeling....u feel like u r almost there and when u fall down..it hurts a lot....it really does....

I got all excited with a hpt showing positive and then when the blood test came nagative which i never imagined to...i could bear it..i kept asking then y did it show different...y did i hve to go thru the pain....

Like everyone says god has something planned for us and it will only happen as per his way...and we cant change that.

Please dnt worry and try to relax the more u think abt this..the more pain if can be...so try to engage in something different...

I want to share my own experience. After a failed IVF trial, I was advised to go in for IUI. It actually wked for me. So I suggest u try either IUI or naturally as the body is all geared up for pregnancy after all those hormones administered for IVF. Hope this wks out for u too. Puja replied. dear nambikkai,

i can relate to how you are feeling but try to maintaina positive attitude , our positive vibrations can do wonders, so keep that up ...

i will certainly think good things for you and i am sure you will ahev good news to tell us one of these days :)
