Can anyone Plss suggest some good healthy recipes with pasta.I wud like to feed it my toddler.

Hi! you're welcome. If you boil half cup pasta then you need about two cups of water. Add pasta to the boiling water and let it boil on low heat for about 15 to 20 mints. You need to chk if pasta has softened . Drain the water immediately and use the pasta ,if you keep it too long the pasta will get sticky. If using microwave then add water and pasta together and cook for about 20mints . Since the child is 17 mnths you can also add corn or grated cheese to the recipe;paneer too.

Hi! You haven't mentioned the age . Anyways you can boil the pasta then seperately cook diff. vegetables like carrots ,spinach, potatoes,peas and puree' them. You can mix two or three veg. at one time for texture. Add butter to the heat then add just a spoonful of tomato puree, can also add little salt for flavring, then add the mashed vegetables and the boiled pasta . If too dry add a little milk for consistency. Try giving seasonal veg as they are always good for babies. Hope your kid likes this.

My baby is 17 months old.Thanks a lot for ur wonderful recipe.I'll try it soon.I also wanted to know the qty of water to cook pasta.I have never cooked pasta before.Thanks a lote once again.
