Hi,
i was diagnosed with PCOs 2 yrs back and we have been hoping for a 'Tejas' :) for the past 1.5 yrs. We live in Texas, and are in the process of IUI. i have always felt the need or sharing these problems with Indian women since we have some problems which cannot be understood by others. I am looking for someone who s in the same boat as me so that we can support and stand by each other in the time of need .... Any takers ?

Hi love,
I have to join Karishma in welcoming u aboard. The good thing about being on this board is that u get a tremendous amount of emotional support... And well, knowing people who know what u are going thru is always helpful isn't it? It makes me sad to find so many girls lately in the same position as us. practically every new person coming on board is suffering from PCOS. I read in a newspaper that the rise in infertility amongst women is due to increased amounts of stress in the day to day lives of women. Coz c'mon, we do it all, take care of the house, spouse, in-laws, work, home, social life etc etc etc. it never stops. And we place ourselves as our last priority... Sad isn't it. that this is the price to pay. So remember NO STRESS!
Well, I don't mean to bring u girls down. Just sharing a thought there. This forum has made me meet so many girls who are smart, caring, funny, fun to talk to, beautiful people. And I'm glad to be here. :)
And Prarthna (beautiful name) I pray for you too. And hope that soon God will bless u and all of us with his little angels.
Take care of yourself.
And like Karishma said stay cool and stay positive.
Take care,
Love
Sunshine

Don't worry! I'm also sailing in the same boat and TTC. I've tried clomid once and waiting for the results. So curious! Are you ovulating properly, taken fertility pills(clomid)? Above all, GOD is there to bless us with cute kids! Cheerful!

hoping for tejas-I understand you position. You just feel as if you will be judged if you let anyone know. But, truly there are MANY people who have trouble conceiving. My DH is a doctor and during our miscarriages all the nurses would console me with tons of stories about them or there relatives. That made me feel like I am not the only one in this situation. I would never dare be so open about these issues to my Indian friends. Which is really too bad!!!

hi hopingfortejas,

I feel bad to say, but welcome aboard!!!

Dont worry all the girls in this ttc board are having some probs or the other and many of them have PCOS. Me too!!! Dont worry, just hang in there, things will definitely work out fine for u. You please try to come out of the sadness shell, caus this is gonna only make conditions work. Even i think the sam way as you but cant help it dear, but life has to go on naa!! Go ahead with the IUI, its not that painful!!

Just have faith in God and pray to him with tears in your eyes. He will definitely listen to you. When God has brought you to it, he will bring you thru it tooo!!! Trust me.

So, dont lose hope. Keep venting out your feelings in this board. We have amazing people out here who will give you the much needed support and you will feel really gud.

You will always b in my prayers. Loads and Loads of baby dust on you and all of us too!!

Luv,

Karishma
