Hi ,
I am also TTc and have been diagnosed with PCOS 2 yrs back ... PCOs is the leading cause for female infertility.

I guess the problem is ,PCOS can be caused by any hormonal imbalance so it might be useful to find out what causes PCOS in your case.

The good news is that with PCOs, there are many follicles waiting to be released , so with proper medications we can have kids soon ..!! ( i hope.. !!) ....

Good luck and lots of baby dust to you :)

Hi love, well, I hate to say this to any one, but welcome aboard.
I too have been doagnosed with Polycystic ovaries. But the good news (or bad news) is that its fairly common and beatable.
Weight is one of the reasons that it occurs and vice versa, it is one of the reasons that weight occurs.
What I would suggest is that you consult a good fertility expert, take the presicribed medicines, lead a healthy life style, eat healthy foods, exercise (I know ugh!), do some yoga, it all helps.
Your doctor will probably suggest you start on some medications, you do that. follow the doc's instructions to the T. if you are in india, I suggest you find out about any of the divya yog centres which is an outlet of a famous guru (i guess you could call him that) called Ramdev Mahahraj. He talks about various exercises, and breathing techniques to improve your health. And it seems it can cure polycystic ovaries as well. Apart from these exercises, they also provide ayurvedic medicines (which even I am taking) to cure the same.
The most important thing for you to do however, is BE POSITIVE. Trust God, He knows what He's doing. And Pray. Always smile.
We are all here to answer any of your queries, and give you the kind of emotional support each of us needs at this difficult phase in life.
I wish you all the best love, and loads of baby dust.
Take care,
feel free to pop in a line anytime you want.
Love
Sunshine
