ya i m giving everything to my baby. he is also interested in changing foods. but i hv nt tried for chapati with dal & milk shake,also wheat raag.will u please tell me how can i prepare a milk shake &wheat raag.once again thanx for ur suggestion.
any other suggestion will be heartily welcomed.

Hi Laxmi,

Sorry for the late reply, well. I'll give u some of the recipe which will be useful for ur kid.

Milk Shake: Take one glassful of milk & add sugar & fruit of ur choice ie: chikoo, banana or apple. Churn it in mixer 7 give him around 11.00 o'clock. (Not very cold and not Hot but should be of room temperature). These is heavy drink & ur kid won't be hungry minimum for 4-5 hours.

In the after noon time instead of milk u can use plain curd and make it smoothy with the same style. U can add either cadamom or almond for making more tasty and nutritious.

Raab (Porridge): These food u can give either in breakfast or in lunch time as it is heavy food. Take one tablespoon of wheat flour and put small amount of ghee (Cow's ghee is very good for kid's brain) in the pan. Roast it till flour colour change in to brown and smells. Put jaggery (as per the taste) and either warm water or milk in the pan. Boiled it till it will become semi liquid. Put some cardamom powder and give to ur kid. After having almost one bowl (approx. 150 gms) ur sonz stomach will be full till 4 hours.
