Dear Friends,

What kind of food should be taken and what needs to be avoided during IVF treatment. I know abt caffeine and chocolate. What abt sugar? Do you need to avoid that too. Please share your views..

Thanks for your input and wishing me. I will surely go through these websites. Right now i have no idea which protocol my Dr will follow. I don't even have any idea what is downregulation. I do have FSH level 9.3, which isn't that good. Do you know any thing can help me to lower FSh level? I know am asking impossible question but can't control human thinking.
Any way i already started Yoga for the last two months and hoping it will help when i will start taking treatment.
Have you started IVF treatment?

I am sorry not much help here. Even though i am also planning to have IVF in 2 months. Can you give me any advice that is good to have before or during IVF? Are you following any links for the IVF. I just googled for this so far i haven't come across any good links.
