Thanks a lot for your response friends.
Yes given heat causes fertility issues, in my humble opinion TV watching may also cause problems although not scientifically proven.
A simple example .. in a cool room keep the TV switched on for 3 to 4 hours .. you can feel the room has become very warm...
I heard that usage of electric devices lead to static electricity. Static electricity and sperm motility are enemies....

few months back..in CNN..they showed a research.which tells that men working with laptops on their lap for a long time will make his sperm count to low and also affect its mobility!!.this is because of the heat that is produced by the system and also some rays that comes along with the wireless laptop!!.but duno how true it is.

I don't think watching TV can cause problems in male sperm motility. I googled your question too to get more clear answers. I didn't get anything related to watching TV and sperm motiltity. But what I do know for sure is that wearing tight briefs, thick and tight jeans would definetely cause problems.
