hi,
i've a 9 months old baby boy.the snacks between the breakfast and lunch could be a variety of things like crackers, banana, cornflakes, biscuits, baked potatoes, boiled beans, shredded carrots, juice, fruits, etc.it depends on what ur baby likes to eat and his teeth.if he has got his teeth u can give him crunchy snacks.if not give him soft snacks.

Hello!
Try some steamed carrot sticks (to soften them and make them easier to eat). My little girl loved steamed carrot sticks. They are very delicious and healthy.

Bananas and yogurt are a good choice...very easy on the stomach too.

Try plain steamed rice with fresh pineapple pieces.

I had to get creative since my little girl is very picky.

Take care!
Nina

hi

actually u have lot of choices. i have a 12 month old baby girl, she is a very fussy eater. i tried to give her ragi cherri(which has ragi, dhals, badam etc)if u are in india u will get in stores. i donno in us, i live in us and recently i got it through my in-laws. this is a very healthy food for the baby.
u can also make upma, with less salt, ghee and pepper along with mixed vegetables.
how about idlies? my baby loves idlies.
u can make dosas too with ghee instead of oil.
i have only vegetarian recipe since i am a vegetarian. also read some of the previous messages, they do have lot of varities for brekfast. hope this gives u some idea.

i am sure ur baby will love to taste different types of food.
