Behavioural Problems:Too obedient 4 yrs old

Name: worried mom My son is a 4 yr old. He is very obedient.
My problem is he is so adjusting ,that he adjusts to everything and everyone.. Iam working ,leave him in creche and he goes to school ... he is very lazy when it comes to drawing coloring etc ...He ios over weight and tall for his age . My hubby is not at home and most of the time travelling. He is only dominating with my parents ... so how do i encourage him to be more aggressive

Please dont make him agressive.just make him active.encourage him to play outside and join him in some physical activities at school or some private karate or dance classes.
