Hi there, Smita,We are in the same situation. As long as u're son is writing, feel good. One thing that could just encourage him would be to try and write the same thing like his assignment and homewrk. stuff alongwith him and at the same time as he writes and also to sit by his side as he writes!. Sometimes this age grp. feels that they are being singled out for all the hardwork. Also please try and write with a pencil not a pen with him. U may realise that writing with a pencil is not so much fun afterall. One has to constantly apply more pressure than a pen so there tiny fingers do ache. Bear with him I'm sure he'll write more as days go by. Sometimes boys of this age grp. are genuinely lazy!!
