Hi Friends,
I am ttc for the last 2 years but no success. So I consulted Dr and from the test I found out that I'm having diminishing ovarian reserve but Dr is ready to do one IVF.

But I am thinking of going on Clomid medication for one cycle before IVF.
Will Clomid medication help me? Can anyone give their opinion? Am I thinking right or I should follow Dr Advice?

I would suggest you do one cycle of clomid before going in for IVF treatment. Clomid can work wonders sometime. I have PCO and therefore had lot of trouble conceiving...but clomid did wonders for me.

I am sorry to know what you are going thru. I would suggest you to get a second opinion, just in case. If you are in US, most of the insurance doesn't cover IVF, and it's very expensive for each cycle. I don't know a lot about Clomid medication. So, I am sorry i am not much of a help in that area. Trust in God, he is just making you even more stronger than you already are. I wish you all the luck in the world!

I know how you are feeling. if you are in US and if your insurance will not cover IVF, think about it again. If you really tried everything based on your age and talked to the doctor about different opinions, then go ahead. if not i highly recommend to study your body first. Did you do all the harmone tests, How did they conformed that u r having diminishing ovarian reserve.
