dear archie and all our dear friends
i dont know archie whether u remember me or not.? but before long time back i told u my problems as me and my husband are trying for baby since last two year of our marriage, abt my problre of that cloth type of thing comming out frm my body and u did reply that it was a miscarriage. and that time i dont know what to tell that thing. ya archie we r still waiting good things to come inj our life.
i dont know when it come. i m mailing u just to say hi to u and our friends. i m not regular writer of this section . but i read each and every message and i appreciate ur help lot archie and also our all friends helps too. archie i have a one question . i regularly take folic acid. but some time i have problem of constipation so i used to take multivitamin tablets too but that is not every day may betwice i n a week.is there cause any harm archie/. just bit confuse abt that so i m asking this, and i m passing through bit confusion that while ttc i m not sure which day but some time i feel some cramp in my lowar tummy. is there any connection with that of folic asid and vitamins together or what . i m bit confuse.thanx in advance archie

I remember you... and i'm sorry to read about what you have recently gone through. I can completely symphatize with you. God is testing our strength and courage, and love for what will be children. He is testing us because He has to be sure that the people who are going to be looking after his most precious one are strong and good and courageous folks. I pray for you to pass his tests really soon and be out of this board.
I can tell you that continuing folic acid is definately a good idea. But for your constipation I would suggest you try more natural remidies than well more tablets. Why don't you try taking water therapy i.e. 1.5 lts of water 1st thing in the morning. Keeps your body fresh, clean, pure and well, gets rid of constipation. Its hard to drink that much at first but start slowly. Make sure the water is at normal tempreture or slightly lukewarm.

Alternatively, start taking 2 table spoons of honey with cinnammon powder (dalchini) sprinkled on it before meals, it solves most stomach related problems.

Just pray. Relax, keep your body & mind healthy. Work out. enjoy life. Above all trust God.
