I did a home pregnency test today morning and it came out to be positive. i am very happy abt it.
As i had a previous missed abortion am a bit scared this time.
I did Beta hcg blood test and my HCG count is only 250.

eat healthy, avoid outside meals. only home made fully cooked meals. no salad dressings, salads if made by you from washed vegetables by you. no myonnaisse, no tea or nothing that contain caffinne.

your hCG are OK for gestation stage. repeat if you want in 4 days and they may be around 900-1000 and that's great confirmation of pregnancy or have an ultrasound in 10 days to see fetal pole and amniotic sac.
