Developmental Concerns:Problem with listening/obeying
2012-12-23
Name: neha deshmukh

My son is very intelligent and sweet. But he won' t take suggestions, doesn' t listen and doesn' t care at all for my feelings. His books are the dirtiest, he writes whatever he wants to, regardless of the rewards I/his teacher place in front of him. I feel he doesn' t let our advice ' penetrate' in his mind till I start shouting and screaming. And its the same with his friends too, he just won' t pay any heed to what they are saying, even though he loves playing with them.

I' m very frustrated and tired and have started avoiding interacting with him, as I find it so extremely difficult every sentence is met with buts and whys. Please advice badly need it.

How old is he? Has he always been this way or is this a change in behvaiour and if so since when is he behaving this way? Look for new friends or depression or bullying or any such thing that might be tormenting him if this is a behavioral change. If otherwise, find out who he listens to and why he does the things he does. You could rope in professional help if very desparate.

i think it is some behavioural problem. it is better to consult child psychologist. they can trat him well. don't worry.how old he is? if he is too young then it is little common but intensity can be different.

kids fitness through play and games
since i have been training young kids for motor skills and fun fitness for a while i see that kids develop most of their sports movements then and as early as 4 years. parents need to be aware that forcing kids into sports at a very early age will not get them far, as they end up losing interest quickly. ... - Sunny Singh [View Message]
