Hi all,
I would Like to know how much water should be given to a 7 months old child and also how many tablespoons of cerelac should be given to a 7 months old child.Need your advice.

Cerelac quantity is written on the cerelac box. it is 5 spoons in one feed as far as I remember. You should use the spoon given inside the cerelac box for quantity measure.

Since summers are approaching now then you can give water to your kid after every feed as well as after every half hour.
