Feeding:Fruits for 7 months old kid.

I would like to know if watermelon is OK for the kid.
My doc has asked me to give all fruits to my 7 months daughter accpt Mango, pineapple and grapes...Please let me know, what are the fruits usually given for the kids and in what form(pre steamed or something like that)?

fruits..

Hey Deepa

You can safely give your baby bananas, apples, pears apricots etc..
u can parboil cut and peeled apple pieces and mash it ..
ripe pears , peaches and apricots can be mashed and given to the baby .
I am not sure about watermelon though. maybe u would want to avoid that for another 2,3 months..
