my baby is 7 months now .can or should i give her egg .if yes in what form

u can start feeding him the yolk from when he is 8 months old. afterhe gets used to it and when he gets the ability to swallow nicely, u can give him the white also. egg white contains lots of proteins so he will grow taller and bcome well built. if he refuses to eat egg u can try out the following recipe. break an egg in to the bowl add 3times milk to it add 2 spoons of sugar and beat it nicely. and then cook it ina cooker. after1 whistle u can remove it. it will be like idli. u can mas it nicely and it will easy for the baby to swallow. if he doesnt like it add some chocolate poeder or vanilla essence, v.little, of course while you r beating the egg
