Hi everyone...I am new to the site so I hope u guys can help me out...I am 25 years old and have been married for 1.5 years..My husband and me r keen to have a baby and have been trying fr the past 2 months but I have not conceived and although I realise its a little soon, i am a little disappointed. I have a regular 28 day cycle and although I did evrything right the last time, I still did not conceive...I wonder if I get get some tips on how I can chart my fertility correctly and also on what else I can do to conceive soon.

Dear Tej,
you sound more depressed than you state. You have nothing to worry especially with 28 days cycle and only tried for 2 cycles.

Trust me the day you forget about ttc you are going to get pregnant because your fertility must be at peak at your age.

Try to avoid intercourse before CD11 and have it only between CD11 to CD15 once a 24 hours and tell us what happened.

remember there is still only 20% chance to get pregnant. So don't get upset in case you fail.

Thanx a lot Archie...it really helps to have someone else put things into perspective for u...I will try again this month and let u know what happened..Meanwhile..r there any other tips that I can follow that might aid conception?? I read that it helps to have a pillow placed under you for a while after intercourse, and I also read that one must try and avoid using the loo for a while ..please tell me how much all these things actually help..
