Feeding:won't drink water

I have been having a bad week. My daughter is sick (cold and stuffy runny nose) and she just won't eat anything and above all, she is not drinking water/juice which makes me worried. She has been doing that for the past 2 days. She is also vomitting (whatever I try to give her). I took her to the dr today but they say she is doing fine and they didn't give any medication. The dr said that I have to worry only if there is any blood in the stools and if she feels like fainting due to dehydration. I just don't get them. I have offered water/juice in all the methods possible and she is just refusing and pushes my hand away. Should I worry about this?
Please give me any suggestion.

One of my friends also suggested Pediasure. I haven't tried it yet. My daughter is 15 months old and I introduced whole milk just 2 1/2 months ago. Anyway, Her vomitting has stopped but she had a pretty bad diarrhoea. I came to know that fruit juices and a lot of fruits (except applesauce) can aggravate it. The same thing with milk. So I gave her Lactaid milk which is easing her digestion and also the nurse suggested cooked carrots, applesauce and mashed potatoes. Carrots worked like a charm (so far so good) She is getting a little better but I think she has lost a lot of weight.
I finally found a way to give her water. Hurray!!!
