My 2 year old son is in a habit of getting up at night 2-3 times for milk. he takes milk with sipper. My n his own sleep is disturbed with this.please suggest something to get rid of this habit n having him sound sleep. He sleeps during day for 2-3 hours.
tak2guru replied. hi neetika, Its jus a normal hapbbit which can be changed easily. Normally a healthy child needs atleast 8 hrs of uninterrupted sleep , also ur sleep also is getting disturbed and it will lead to health problems and also ur day will be very dull and irritating sometime.What u can do is ,
1. don allow ur son to sleep during day
2. give him some physical activity or ask him to play games during day
3. give him a proper and full dinner early like around 7.30pm and before bed may be around 9.00 pm give him a full glass milk.

Normally kids, if they are full stomach they will not get up in the middle of night. Also as u make him sleep during day , it also disturbs his sleep in night,moreover if u make him play more in day hours , by tiredness and also with proper full dinner..Your son will have a wonderful sleep and u can also will have a fresh morning everyday. But as it is been a habit for long time , u can reduce the no of times gradually . TC and have a wonderful sleep.
