I went back to work as soon as I had my baby. I had home support then. but took a year' s break at 3 yrs. Now my baby is 4.5 yrs. I did a lucrative but extremely stressful assignment since last 6 months. I have some good offers at the moment but I am pulled in two opposite directions. I cant imagine leaving my baby inside 4 walls of day care for the whole day to pursue a career nor can I imagine myself as a full time mom. Part time options are not available and I am in a real dilemma. Family doesnt understand whats the big worry I have here. Hubby says do what you feel best. I am confused :( PP replied. Hi Ams,

I was in same situation.
You inlife there is so many imp things but you have to priotize it right?...this is the way we do at our work too.
Same is here..........right now for u imp is to lookafter ur baby along with keeping a continuity of your job.
So go for that work only which can leave you the time/leverage to lookafter ur baby.This is not the right time to priortize ur career.
Just wait for another 2 yrs, once you kid will in 1-2 nd std, he/she will spent 8-9 hrs in school.and then u have the time to come back on ur proper track.
by the time keep patience.........coz i know man atimes situations comes like ...confussing us........
But dont get distracted.....be happy that u r lucky enough to play ur both the roles.

I have 6 yrs as Hr , my son is 3.5 yrs old, he goes to school.Now i am getting good offers but in a confused state between kid and career .There' s noone at home also to take care of him.There is no reliable day care centre nearby. No trustable maids also. Donno who will help us in this situation.If we dont earn its very difficult to run the family....Feel very depressed.
