hello all friends!!
sorry i couldnt log in for a long time! actually my mom in india just had a critical surgery for cancer. she is out of danger now. i wanted to go very soon but decided not to till the 30 of this month coz that is the expected date of my menses. my doc in india had told me not to travel india-usa during the first 3 or last 3 months of preg. so we had postponed planning to have a baby till we came to usa. and now i have to go suddenly. it was a very difficult situation i felt like i was being asked to make a choice b/w my mother and my baby. but i chose to stay, not bcoz i wasnt willing to take the risk..but bcoz i thought if something like a miscarriage happened in india, it would put a lot of stress on my parents. i just told everyone that im not getting the tickets. didnt want to go on the vacation too but hubby insists that since im here till 3oth and the vacation will be over before that, i better go for a change. here everyone (who doesnt know of my past) is pressurizing me to go asap. they feel i booked tickets so late so that i could go on the vacation!! i feel i did the right thing. wot would u guys have done, had u been in my situation?
have bought the first response preg test so that i know 5 days before my expected date or as soon as possible and plan accordingly.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. But glad that she is okay. I know you would want to be with your mom at this time but since the surgery is already over, be patient and send her the good news. Don't worry about what others say. They'll keep talking without knowing your situation. Since 5 days earlier is tomorrow..are you going to be testing tomorrow? I'm praying and keeping my fingers crossed for you. Send us the good news soon. I'll be on vacation for a month but hope to hear good news from you.

After trying for as long as you have and going through everything you have gone through, i would've done the same thing. But i do bet you're feeling a little guilty... But hang in there, just imagine, if this is +ve this time, you'd be taking some happy news for your family.
