Hi archie
We are trying a baby since two years.Still i am not getting pregnant.I have qluestion for u.I hope u will help me.
When we had intercourse after all semens comes out.Is it normal.Archie, my hubby penis not go full inside my vagina.its go half my vagina.Is this reason still i am not getting pregnant.
My hcg ,blood test are normal.Plase clear my doubts.

I would try to make some comments only after hearing on following:
How stressed your relation is?
How contented you feel at/after intercouse?
How is this failure of ttc affecting your marriage relation?
Do you work? If yes then what type of work?
Also what type of work your spouse is doing?
How much stress does your spouse has to take at his work?
After these all kind of personal but important let me also ask you typical questions related to ttc process.
Why is it hard for your husband to get full penetration? Is it possible for him to penetrate better? If not tried then give a try! You have been sleeping from 24 months and things should be easier now referring to penetration part.

Why I say because you are concerned on oozing semen after intercourse. Oozing semen following intercourse is natural for several couples or as many as 90%. But if he is not penetrating enough or not trying to go deeper then this oozing semen may have lot to do with your failure.

Also 24 months trial is more than sufficient to go further and investigate the cause of failure. In this case have done follwoings?
Have you checked your Prolactin levels?
Have you any idea on how regular your cycles are?
How about Androgen levels in you?

I would strongly recommend an ultrasound (pelvic) for you and if needed go ahead with HSG.

I don't want to ignore but have your husbands semen analyzed. It's time to take action than just wondering if oozing semen has anything to do with.

Remember not to stress out in the days you ttc and enjoy intercourse the more you enjoy the more is likely to get pregnant.

Finally I want to know how regar your cycles are and what's the cycle length?

Get back with answers and lets see what we can get from them.

I've been in the same position as you are (no pun intended). It is normal for some of the semen to flow out. I suggest that you just hand in there and keep trying.

Ps: has your hubby undergone tests for fertility?
